Is ContentBeta Worth Trying for Large Enterprise and Fortune 500 Marketing Teams

Yes, but if you have apprehensions, especially when your team is banking on you to find the right creative production partner, start with a controlled trial rather than moving a large part of your creative production to ContentBeta immediately.

Remember: there is also a cost to not trying. You could miss out on finding a creative production partner that your team and organization appreciate you for discovering.

ContentBeta is likely to be a better fit when your company already has its brand direction, product positioning, and marketing strategy in place. The problem is production capacity: your team has more campaigns, feature launches, events, and everyday creative requests than the internal team can reasonably handle.

The good thing is, you can test whether ContentBeta solves that problem relatively quickly. Here’s how:

1. Start with one repeatable workflow

Don’t evaluate ContentBeta only by looking through our portfolio. Give us actual work.

Pick one workflow that occurs regularly. It could be feature launch content, paid social creatives, product videos, customer education, event content, or ongoing social assets.

Ideally, give us enough variety to see how we work across formats. For example, one feature launch could require a 30-second product video, three image ads, a carousel, a GIF, and presentation slides.

This is how our relationship with ServiceNow began. In December 2021, they started ContentBeta with a defined project: 12 videos to be completed in under a month.

That initial project (video production services) gave their team a way to assess our quality, speed, and ability to work with their brand before expanding the relationship.

The work later expanded across multiple ServiceNow teams and eventually covered brand refresh services as part of its global rebrand. This involved modernizing more than 800 presentations and approximately 30,000 slides, as well as producing videos, whitepapers, infographics, and other assets.

Saved me and my team hours of editing, branding time, and engaging with the marketing team.

This approach tests something that hiring separate specialists doesn’t: can one external team understand the same product story and execute it consistently across multiple formats?

2. See how much management we require

For an enterprise team, output quality is only half the test.

You should also measure how much time your team spends getting that output.

Give us your brand guidelines, existing campaign references, previous creative, and the brief. Then watch what happens over the next few requests.

How many brand corrections are required? Are the same mistakes repeated? How quickly are revisions addressed? Does your team need to explain every request in detail?

A production partner isn’t adding much capacity if your creative director has to spend hours managing that capacity.

3. Test us against your brand

Large companies often have sophisticated brand systems that go far beyond a PDF containing fonts, colors, and logo rules.

That makes a real assignment more useful than asking, “Have you worked with enterprise companies before?”

Give ContentBeta an existing campaign or product launch. Compare the output with work your internal team has already approved.

You will learn quickly where we meet your bar and where we need more context.

Before you decide, know where ContentBeta may not fit

I wouldn’t recommend ContentBeta for every enterprise creative requirement.

If you’re producing your flagship global brand film with location shoots, celebrity talent, a director-led production, and a highly bespoke crew, a specialist production company may be a better first call.

ContentBeta is better tested on recurring creative production where your strategy already exists but production capacity is constrained.

Run that pilot. Measure creative quality, brand corrections, turnaround time, revision cycles, internal management time, and our ability to work across formats.

Then decide whether ContentBeta deserves more of your creative workload.
