How ContentBeta Became Truckstop's Integrated Creative Partner Across Video, Design, and Marketing

About the Engagement

Truckstop, a digital freight marketplace serving thousands of carrier and broker customers, needed a creative production partner that could handle continuous product launches, event campaigns, and multi-format content at speed while keeping every asset on-brand and accurate, without expanding its lean, fast-moving marketing team.

As confidence in our quality, turnaround times, and understanding of the business grew, Truckstop gradually expanded our scope to include dozens of creative asset types across video, design, presentations, and web –

Videos: Event Videos, Product Demo Videos, Product Launch Videos, Product Marketing Videos, Testimonial Videos, Ad Videos, Social Videos

Graphic Design: Blog Image Templates, Infographics, Illustrations, Carousels, Banners, Booth Graphics, Industry Imagery (Custom AI Model)

Marketing Collateral: Case Studies, Playbooks, One-Pagers, PDFs/Downloadables, Thumbnails

Presentation Design: Sales Decks, Presentation Refreshes, Presentation Templates

Web Design: Landing Pages, Web Graphics

Going Above and Beyond & Overcoming Creative Hurdles

Each project came with its own product, messaging, and audience nuances, requiring far more than a standard production workflow. Examples include:

Custom AI Image Generation Model: Instead of relying on generic stock photography or public AI tools, we built a secure custom AI image-generation system using paid APIs and an easy-to-use front end. Trained on Truckstop’s visual style, it generated authentic logistics brokerage imagery, including broker headshots, carrier owners, operations teams, and industry-specific scenes, without the cost or coordination of custom photoshoots.

Designing for Reusability: Product demo videos were structured into modular chapters for reuse. Product launch videos were delivered as a 60-second hero version, along with 30-second and 15-second cutdowns. We also designed reusable blog image templates for quote cards, listicles, comparison tables, and feature callouts, allowing the content team to update headlines and copy without requiring design support.

AI-Enabled Brand Voice: We built an AI copywriting workflow for Truckstop that was trained to sound like a real truck driver: casual, knowledgeable, and authentic, rather than generic corporate AI. This enabled the content team to generate high-quality first drafts for blogs and social posts much faster.

The Behind-the-Scenes Process

This is the difference between a traditional agency with rotating talent and a long-term creative production partner.

Bi-Weekly Creative Strategy Sessions: We held regular bi-weekly calls to share emerging creative trends, both within the logistics industry and across B2B SaaS. Many of these ideas were later converted into creative requests for ContentBeta to execute.

Brand Memory Memory Across Projects: Because we worked across dozens of Truckstop projects, we retained institutional memory: brand preferences, previous decisions, style choices, personality nuances. New projects didn’t start from zero. This compounding knowledge meant later projects were faster and more on-brand than early ones—a benefit impossible with rotating vendors.

Direct Communication (No Middlemen): No account managers relaying messages. Truckstop’s marketing team spoke directly with our strategists, designers, storyboard artists, and, in many cases, one of the co-founders. Questions were answered in hours, not days

Beyond Deliverables, We Built Systems: Instead of creating one-off assets, we looked for ways to maximize the value of every deliverable. Rather than simply handing over a finished video, presentation, or graphic, we built reusable systems, templates, AI workflows, and modular assets that reduced future effort and enabled Truckstop’s team to move faster independently.

Speed + Deadline Reliability: Our operations are built on a published SLA with transparent asset-wise TAT.

Yeah, the illustration came out really nice. I thought you guys did an awesome job on that. This was a CEO request, so we made it a high priority. But yeah, he really loved it. I think he was shocked that you guys were going to do such a good job on this. So congrats on that. Good job.

Client Experience and Business Impact

The engagement gave Truckstop the flexibility to scale creative production up or down while maintaining predictable turnaround times and costs.

During slower months, Truckstop could pause its subscription (and it did!) so the budget wasn’t tied up in unused capacity. During product launches, events, or other busy periods, it could upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional credit packs. The result was predictable creative capacity without paying for idle retainers.

You guys are a fantastic extension of our team... I really like having you guys as a resource, especially right now to be able to lean on [during internal transitions].

To date, we have completed 120+ creative requests and are still going strong.
