ABBYY, a leader in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), needed a creative production partner that could handle a wide range of technical marketing assets at speed.
They needed a team that could turn complex AI topics, including LLM integration and Agentic Automation, into visual stories that enterprise buyers and technical audiences could quickly understand.
The work spanned product explainers, Reddit ad creatives, TV streaming ads, web diagrams, social banners, presentation design for global events, radio advertisements, high-stakes product videos, AI-driven internal mockumentaries, and traditional graphic design.
ContentBeta regularly solved production challenges that could have delayed timelines or increased costs. Here are a few examples.
Instance 1: During an important corporate video, the raw footage received from one of the filming locations (name withheld) was heavily compressed and appeared grainy because of upload issues. Instead of requesting an expensive reshoot, our editors restored the footage through AI upscaling and color grading, delivering a polished final video.
Instance 2: The public launch of Vantage 3.0 was fixed for November 14. Complex animations were needed to showcase the new capabilities, but the production timeline was extremely tight for a global product launch.
ContentBeta fast-tracked production, committing to deliver final video drafts within 24 to 48 hours of storyboard approval to keep the launch on schedule. For the global rollout, we also handled extensive graphic text revisions and localized the videos into German, French, Spanish, and Japanese, ensuring a consistent message was released across all regions simultaneously.
Instance 3: Traditional corporate stock photography had become overused and was no longer effective for attracting technical buyers. ABBYY wanted a fresh way to visualize unstructured enterprise data without relying on familiar office clichés.
After reviewing ABBYY’s existing ad library and competitor campaigns, ContentBeta proposed and produced a humorous “Rodeo” concept. The creative showed an LLM attempting to ride a wild bull representing unorganized enterprise data, making a complex AI concept easier to understand while giving the campaign a more distinctive visual direction.
Codifying Brand Nuances: Beyond following ABBYY’s brand guidelines, we built our own internal documentation to capture subtle visual details, such as the exact ABBYY red gradient, that were not documented in the official brand guidelines. The result was fewer review cycles, less back-and-forth, and faster creative delivery.
Bi-Weekly Creative Strategy Sessions: Beyond project updates, we regularly shared creative ideas, design trends, and campaign inspiration relevant to AI and B2B SaaS.
Instead of maintaining separate budgets and vendors for every creative format, ABBYY used one subscription with transparent asset-wise credits. This made it easy to plan budgets and shift investment between videos, presentations, web, and design as business priorities changed.
