Every asset uses a predefined number of credits. You'll receive an estimated credit usage before work begins, so there are no surprises. You can also estimate credits yourself using our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Your live credit usage sheet shows credits used, remaining balance, and project-wise credit consumption throughout your subscription, helping you plan upcoming requests.
Simple bullet points are enough. Include your objective, target audience, key message, and any references or context that will help us understand your expectations.
Yes. Upload links, screenshots, brand guidelines, logos, documents, videos, or inspiration directly with each request to help us align faster.
Yes. Express Delivery prioritizes your request and typically uses 50% more credits than standard delivery. If you have a specific deadline, you can mention that while submitting the request.
The dashboard shows every request in one place, including its current status, due date, pending actions, and any feedback waiting from your team.
You'll typically see statuses such as In Progress, Pending Response, On Hold, and Completed, making it easy to understand exactly where every request stands.
Our SLA lists estimated delivery times for every asset type. These estimates exclude the time we're waiting for your feedback. During that period, we can begin working on your other requests, depending on your subscription plan.
Yes. Move the request to On Hold, and we'll resume production whenever you're ready, without losing the project history or context.
Yes. You can submit as many requests as you like. Based on your subscription, we'll work on the number of concurrent requests included in your plan.
