From guest opt-in to final video delivery, expect a timeline of 10 to 21 days. When the customer signs up for an interview, and then will receive recording supplies in about 3 business days.

Once the interview is complete, we’ll clean it up, extract the best bites and deliver a storyline rough cut of your video within a week.

Option A: Computer, Quiet room + recording equipment. No additional software installation required

Option B: iPhone 12 onwards, Quiet area + recording equipment (recommended for outdoor shoots). App installation is required

The producer arranges for one of these recording equipment:

Type A: Webcam with mic and Lights

Type B: Tripod (phone holder), Mic and Lights

No, the problem with using Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or other video conferencing solutions to create quality video footage is that internet bandwidth often produces blurry images, audio glitches, or blackouts. Content Beta created its own recording platform which allows a producer to direct a shoot remotely via a webcam and capture full video quality locally on your computer or phone. The footage is streamed directly to our editors to start work immediately.

No, we are a fully managed solution. (done-for-you solution)

We send you a scheduling link and instructions which you can share with your guest. Once you send this, we handle all the workflow and steps.

This is a separate video editing service that can be availed at an additional cost.

Yes. We don’t film B-roll but we have a menu of options such as your product recordings, websites, stock videos, etc.
