About the Company

Users can sign-up for free without a credit card and immediately start sending email campaigns. Email marketers are free to choose from hundreds of modern email templates or to create new ones using a really easy-to-use drag and drop editor.

Some features include unlimited sends, A/B campaigns, email automation or premium features such as Spam Doctor and Inbox Premium.

Problem

Perfecting onboarding

DirectIQ needed a better way to educate their customers on how to use their product in order to improve product adoption and explain their product to their customers better. Their main fear was in choosing an agency, especially given that Content Beta was priced at the third of a traditional agency and they were unsure what quality of output to expect.

The company wanted to stand out in a crowded market and differentiate itself from other companies. The showcased content needed to appeal to viewers, give them a personalized experience and show them how easy to use and yet amazing the product was.

Solution

Task

With Content Beta, DirectIQ was able to create a series of easy-to-understand training videos.

Inputs

DirectIQ had a full-stack product which was very beneficial to their audience which made it important for DirectIQ to have videos that were easy to understand making it a no brainer for prospects to convert from trials.

The DirectIQ Team was very helpful in sharing a demo account for us to explore and understand the product better as well as sharing Loom videos of what steps they would require in each video which made it much easier for our team to understand and create something that worked perfectly.

The Content Beta teamwork was on autopilot and was dedicated to creating a very smooth experience for the DirectIQ team. Our instructional designers took into consideration the storyboard and script when coming up with the graphics, animations, and videos. We worked hard to create an expertly designed video for user retention & consumption.
